The fire killed seven men and four ladies and left four others hospitalized, the express examiner's office in Sonora said.
The assailant was ousted from the bar "for treating ladies insolently," and afterward returned and tossed a blazing item into it, probably a Molotov mixed drink, the investigator's office said.
